Our story

Why Brux exists

Brux started on the practice side of the desk, not the agency side. We were paying for implant and AOX leads, watching them arrive — and watching them go cold while the front desk was busy doing exactly what a front desk should be doing: taking care of the patients in the office.

So we went shopping for help. What we found was a parade of marketing companies selling “more leads” and generic chatbots nobody would trust with a $25,000 treatment conversation. Nothing actually solved the part where the patient gets answered, nurtured, and booked.

We couldn't buy the tool we needed — so we built it. Brux is the system we wished existed: answers every lead in seconds, follows up like a great coordinator, and hands your team consultations instead of a to-do list.
